Ann Hess, founder

After her son nearly drowned during a crowded swim class, Ann Hess saw the same pattern across Swiss swim education: a system with a gap. Most children were being taught stroke technique. Almost none were being taught how to survive when the water turned. She founded Aqua Swim Academy to teach both.

She also built it around two values.
