Aqua Swim Classes
We offer a range of swim classes at Aqua Swim Academy, from parent and baby classes to options for school-age children and above to develop their strokes and learn vital life-saving skills. We also offer prenatal classes as well as private lessons at your home.
We don't only hold classes in the swimming pool, as some of our classes and private lessons can take place in your home pool or in the many Swiss lakes in the Summer months.
What to Expect
We understand that every learner has a different level of confidence in the water. Our qualified Aqua Swim Academy swim instructors are ready to empower our students to learn independently and become comfortable, confident swimmers.
Our classes last at least 30 minutes and the majority take place in pools heated to around 30 degrees celsius. Classes have an average class size of 4 to 5 swimmers per instructor.

Swim Starters
Parent & Child Lessons
These classes are intended to introduce your baby or toddler to the water with the support of a parent or guardian, starting from 3 months of age. We offer the following Aqua Swim levels to this group:

Swim Strokes
No parent in water
Once your child is feeling confident enough to swim without their parent and has reached their 3rd birthday, they can move to the Swim Basics tier. These lessons allow your child to further their independence in the water. This can be achieved by taking two Aqua Swim levels:

This group is for those who have already learned some of their first independent swim skills and are getting confident in the water and will teach them all the way to our Water Pros tier. Our first level in this group starts from 3 years of age and it based only on the swim ability:

Pre-Natal Classes

We will soon offer Pre-Natal Swim and Aerobics classes and welcome participants from the start, right up until week 36 of pregnancy.

In addition to our lessons that take place in term time, we offer fast track Swim Camps that allow your child to progress more quickly and retain the skills that they learned during term time.

Whether you are looking for weekly group lessons, private lessons at our facility or private lessons at your home we have a simple and affordable pricing structure to help you get started.
How Pricing Works
Our Pricing is simple.
- Payment is charged monthly
- No minimum timeframe contract
- Cancel any time with 30 days notice via the member area
- Move your class for free once per month with our online tokens
- Option to save: pre-pay every 3 months and receive additional change tokens for more flexibility.
- Transfer your membership to friends or family (subject to availability & TCs)

Swim Lesson Structure
Group Lessons
Prices start from: CHF 40 to CHF 45.- per lesson (billed monthly or quarterly)
Ages: 3 months and above
Student to Teacher Ratio: 4:1 for Baby & Parent levels > 5:1 for Swim stokes and above
Class Length: 30 minutes
One weekly group lesson that focuses on essential water safety skills, for beginners all the way to advanced swimmers. A 10% discount is available for siblings.
Semi-Private Lessons
Price: CHF 160.- per lesson (billed per trimester)
Ages: 3 months and above
Student to Teacher Ratio: 2:1
Class Length: 30 minutes
Consecutive weekly semi-private lessons for those who prefer to learn in a smaller class size.
Note: semi-private lessons should be organised privately between friends or family. The lesson will be billed to one account and cannot be divided on the parent portal. Prices are per class for 2 children.
Private Lessons
Price: CHF 145.- per lesson (billed monthly or quarterly)
Ages: 3 months and above
Student to Teacher Ratio: 1:1
Class Length: 30 minutes
30-minute individual lessons at our pools with a 1:1 student-to-teacher ratio. Perfect for children who lack confidence in the water, or want to work on a specific stroke or technique.
Lessons at Home!
Our experienced instructors arrive at your pool with all the equipment they need and are ready to teach!

Book an Aqua Swim instructor to come to your home pool or the lake at a location of your choice.
Before your first lesson, our instructor will contact you via our client portal to understand your level, expectations, and pool information.
Prices start from: CHF 115.- per class per person.
CHF 40.- for every additional person
At-home lessons are sold in packs of 5 upwards.
*Prepay for 10 classes and receive 1 free lesson.
Areas Covered: Lac Leman (Switzerland and France)
Class Length: 35 minutes per person.
*Don't pay cash! Hiring a teacher without declaring their fees as a salary opens clients to numerous legal obligations, including taxes, social security and insurance per Swiss law. Fines and penalties are imposed by the authorities for undeclared work. We take the risk out by ensuring all legal requirements are met for your teacher. So you can swim risk-free!
